How does it work?
You see one name at a time with its meaning and origin. Swipe right (or click ❤️) if you like it; swipe left (or click ✕) to skip. After 30 cards, you see a shortlist of everything you liked.
Are my likes saved?
They're stored in your browser only (localStorage). Clearing your browser data will remove them. You can also click "Save to Favorites" on the result page to save them permanently to our /favorites system.
Can I filter the deck?
Yes — pick a category (Cute, Tough, Mythological, etc.) and gender before starting. The deck of 30 will be drawn from that filter.
What if I don't like any of them?
You can shuffle a new deck at any time, or change the category filter to see different names. Each shuffle pulls a new randomized 30 from the database.
